Return Policy

To return a product, the customer must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and carefully packaged with all accompanying accessories and documentation.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The amount paid for the product will be refunded once we receive the item and verify its condition.

The product cannot be returned if it has been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
